This puppy sales contract is governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, and is binding between buyer and seller. The health guarantee covers the cost of your puppy only. We are not responsible For any additional Charges such as shipping or veterinarian fee's.
THIS GUARANTEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANYONE OTHER THEN THE ORIGINAL BUYERS. R CRESTED TAILS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS, WHILE PUP IS IN BUYER’S POSSESSION.

AS A BUYER YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CAN NOT RESELL THE PUPPY/DOG WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, AND WE HAVE FIRST RIGHT TO TAKE THE DOG BACK, OTHER WISE YOU HAVE BROKEN THIS CONTRACT AND A 5,000 LAWSUIT OR CONFISCATION OF THE DOG WILL BE ISSUED.

IF YOU HAVE READ THIS THOROUGHLY AND AGREE A 300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD THE PUPPY. NOTE: WHEN YOU PUT A HOLD ON A PUPPY YOU MUST HAVE THE PUPPY PAID IN HALF AT THE AGE OF 5 WEEKS AND PAID IN FULL AT 8 WEEKS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. AFTER THE 8 WEEKS IF NOT PAID IN FULL CONTRACT WILL BE VOIDED AND WE DO NOT GIVE YOUR $300 DEPOSIT BACK. PUPPY WILL BE PUT BACK UP FOR SALE FOR PURCHASE TO AN APPROVED HOME ONLY. UNLESS A PUPPY IS FOUND TO HAVE A CONGENITAL DEFECT (LIFE THREATENING DISEASE ) WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK ONCE THAT PUPPY HAS BEEN RESOLD, OR BUYER HAS THE OPTION TO EXCHANGE THE DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER PUPPY.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS BACK:
1. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
2. THE PUPPY HAS SOMETHING THAT IS CURABLE WITHIN A FEW WEEKS THAT CAN BE TREATED.
3. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST PARVO, CORONA, COCCIDIOUS OR GIARDIA AFTER THE PUPPY LEAVES US. *R CRESTED TAILS WILL PAY FOR ALL MEDICAL IF THE PUPPY IS IN OUR CARE.
This puppy is a purebred chinese crested and sold as show potential/breeding or pet quality. All puppies come with full/Limited AKC registration and current on vaccinations. To be eligible for this agreement, Buyer must take the puppy for a vet check within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of date of purchase or all guarantees are NULL AND VOID. This guarantee IS NOT TRANSFERABLE to anyone other then original buyers. If pup has problems within that 3 day period, you must notify the Seller/Breeder IMMEDIATELY for an exchange of a Puppy/Dog of the same value. Seller gives 1 year (from date of purchase) guarantee against serious genetic defects. Before pup leaves we pay for shots, wormer, medications, and vet check. If you would like to start the puppy on Heart Guard or anything additional that will be up to the buyer to pay for that. We strongly recommend not to take puppies places, have strangers pet them, or put them on the ground until the pup is fully vaccinated up to date. This is a life threatening disease and once the puppy leaves us as a responsible owner it is important to keep your puppy safe, and be very pre-cautious. Infectious diseases are not covered by our health guarantee We do not guarantee against worms or parasites, and we have no control over what the puppy is exposed to after it leaves our home. We also cannot guarantee that your puppy will never develop any health problems in the future. All pups that leave us are vet checked and healthy. Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are NOT considered serious or life threatening and, therefore, are not covered: umbilical hernia, undescended testicle, underbite or overbite, or size of dog. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness. Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all expenses, and must return the pup back to the breeder for replacement pup of equal value when one becomes available.
A Vet autopsy is required for determination, along with a written statement from a certified veterinarian and papers of current vaccinations is required. If buyer cannot keep the pup for any reason, Under no circumstances is this puppy/dog to be sold, given away, transferred to any group or individual without breeders written consent or approval. R Crested tails has first option to get the pup/dog back. We give ABSOLUTELY NO Refunds for that puppy. In the case your vet discovers a genetic problem we ask the buyer to wait till the dog is 5-6 months of age, and get a second opinion. If the puppy is returned within 7 days from the date of sale then R Crested Tails will replace that puppy with one of equal value when it becomes available, However Seller will not pay for the transportation that is the buyers responsibility. If I find you are trying to sell an R Crested Tails Puppy without my knowledge or written consent you have broken this contract, and a $5,000 law suit, or confiscation of the pup will be issued. I take this very seriously! THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES YOU WILL BE ABLE TO BREED/SHOW YOUR PUPPY. This puppy is being sold to the best of our knowledge, and in the case something should occur within the dogs life that enables to not show/breed that is beyond our control, and the seller is made aware of this before purchasing this puppy. Unless it's debilitating to the dogs life, with one year from the date of purchase that puppy will be replaced with one of equal value. All breeding puppies can not be bred to anything other then a purebred AKC chinese crested. R Crested Tails starts ear taping at 5 weeks of age unless the puppy has natural erect ears it is up to the Buyer to continue taping and it can take anywhere from 6 months to a Year to get both ears up We will not take responsibility once your puppy leaves here.
*AT ANY POINT IN THIS ANIMALS LIFE, YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP OR CARE FOR PROPERLY, YOU ARE TO CONTACT THE BREEDER AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR US TO TAKE THE DOG BACK, RETURNING THE DOG IS THE BUYER’S EXPENSE. SELLER IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO TAKE THE DOG BACK, AND RE-HOME OR HELP BUYER RE-HOME DOG. NEVER CAN A DOG BE TURNED OVER TO HUMANE SOCIETY, POUND, PET SHOP, BROKER, OR RESCUE! THIS PET WILL BE KEPT AS A INDOOR PET- PET WILL BE SENT BACK TO BREEDER- IF KEPT OUTDOORS!

• Annual Revaccination
• Heart-worm
• De-worming or stool check from the vet after 4 months of age
• Buyer agrees to take the best care of Puppy/Dog including all Routine and Emergency Vet care.
Again, no Vet Bills will be paid by the Seller/Breeder
• Contract Dated, Written, Agreed, and Signed
